spogen.ai Starts 2026 by Expanding the Team

2025 was a strong year for spogen.ai. We moved from pilots to proven value, and saw the same thing across customers and use cases: when people get the right guidance at the right moment, machines stay productive and support teams breathe easier.

Our focus delivered impact in 2025:

  • Faster answers for operators and technicians
  • Smarter operation and maintenance with less guesswork
  • Lower support load for OEMs, dealers, and after-sales teams
  • More consistent outcomes across users, shifts, and sites

2026: Scaling what works

We’re starting 2026 with a clear direction: scale the impact.

More machines. More languages. More teams looking for quick answers they can trust.

As we grow, quality stays non-negotiable. In machinery, “almost correct” is how downtime starts.

That’s why 2026 is also the year we expand the team and strengthen the foundations of our AI assistants, starting with a role focused on making our answers even sharper, and even closer to the everyday work of the end-users.

In practice, this role is about making sure our assistants keep improving as usage grows. You’ll review responses, investigate why certain outputs miss the mark, and help turn those findings into improvements, whether that means refining the knowledge base, improving content inputs, or reporting issues clearly for the development team.

If you enjoy combining structured thinking with hands-on testing, and want to work close to the product, you’ll find the full role description and application details below.

QA & Data Specialist

spogen.ai is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical talent to ensure the quality of our AI assistants. In this role, you will act as a key link between data, technology, and the final user experience. Your work will be a combination of technical testing, data analysis, and manual content management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LLM response QA: Reviewing and analyzing the responses generated by the assistants.
  • Problem solving: Troubleshooting response accuracy and relevance in specific topic areas. You will perform root-cause analysis and apply corrective actions through data or content updates to improve results.
  • Manual data management: Updating and enriching the assistants' training materials/knowledge base to achieve better responses.
  • Reporting: Documenting observations and creating clear bug and improvement reports for the development team.
  • Technical execution: Running existing Python scripts and using in-house products as part of the testing process.

We Expect From You:

  • Analytical mindset: The ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships and figure out why the AI responded the way it did.
  • Curiosity for the industrial world: We work with complex machinery and manufacturing equipment. While you don’t need to be an expert, a willingness to dive into the technical details without losing interest is key.
  • Independent mindset: You can take ownership of your responsibilities and work independently, while keeping the team updated on progress and findings.
  • Precision and attention to detail: Small errors in data can multiply, so having a keen eye for detail is critical.
  • Basic technical understanding: Fluent use of Excel/Google Sheets or similar software for data processing.
  • Strong documentation skills: You are able to produce clear reports on test results.
  • Python skills are considered a plus (specifically running scripts and having a basic understanding of how the code works).

We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs and AI.
  • A concrete chance to make a direct impact on the quality of our product
  • The tools and support to succeed in your job
  • A diverse and dynamic team of experts free of unnecessary hierarchy and posturing
  • Opportunity to work flexibly, but doing things together is a strong part of our culture, so we hope to see you at the office frequently
