Company background
The world relies on off-road machinery. Whether it’s food, infrastructure, or raw materials, these indispensable tools keep essential industries moving. But as demand for efficiency grows, so does machine complexity. Operators and maintenance crews struggle to keep up with the technical intricacies of ever-evolving equipment, often buried in thousands of pages of documentation.
spogen.ai is an industrial AI company on a mission to make operating and maintaining heavy machinery safer, faster, and more intuitive. Powered by advanced language models, its Smart Assistant distills vast amounts of data into clear, real-time guidance. Through natural voice interaction and visual support, spogen.ai lowers the learning curve, reduces downtime, and eliminates guesswork, making operations smarter and more efficient.
This solution is driven by a team uniquely equipped to tackle these challenges –combining practical, hands-on user experience with decades of industrial software development expertise. Their focused approach ensures that spogen.ai’s technology not only understands complex machinery but delivers actionable support directly to those who need it most, empowering operators and maintenance crews to work smarter every day.
Products
Smart Assistant
Out in the field, when a machine stalls or a task gets complicated, there’s no time to flip through manuals. That’s where spogen.ai’s Smart Assistant steps in. Built for the demanding world of heavy machinery, it acts like a skilled co-pilot — offering real-time, voice-driven guidance tailored to the specific equipment in use. What sets it apart? It doesn’t just talk — it shows. The assistant pulls up images, diagrams, and even safety warnings directly from the manual, all in response to natural voice commands. No other tool delivers this kind of hands-free, visual support right when it’s needed most.
Tech Assistant
Tech Assistant takes the complexity out of technical search. Instead of flipping through manuals or trying to remember the exact terms, users can simply ask questions — by voice or text, in any language. The assistant searches across multiple documents at once to find the most relevant information, fast. No need to know the right file, page, or keyword. It surfaces accurate answers directly from original content and can translate and combine relevant sections into clear, step-by-step instructions with supporting images. Whether troubleshooting or training, Tech Assistant reduces mental load and gets you to the solution faster.

Testimonials
We believe spogen.ai has the potential to redefine how humans interact with machines. They’re solving a huge, overlooked usability problem in a sector desperate for innovation.

This would reduce the workload of our technical support by at least 20–25%.

Back in the late '80s and early '90s, I wrote my thesis on tractor automation as part of my studies in agricultural technology. The developments have progressed in the direction I anticipated, but at that time, no one fully grasped the potential of artificial intelligence. It's a crucial piece of the puzzle today!

How can I buy this?
– Reaction after the Smart Assistant finally answered a long-standing question about axle calibration on his machine

As a jury, we chose spogen.ai for its innovative talking AI assistant that clearly enhances productivity and training in agriculture. Its scalability, ease of use, and ability to help farmers make better use of smart technologies made it a standout solution with strong international potential.
